APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Government-Issued Photo ID.
Two Most-Recent Paystubs.
2-Year Rental History.
Credit and Criminal background screening.

SHORT-TERM LEASES:
One-month rent deposit for both 6- & 3-month leases.
Additional $200.00/month for 6 months.
Additional $300.00/month for 3 months.

INCOME REQUIREMENT:
A minimum income of three times the rent is required.
Additionally, for applicants using a co-signer, the co-signer must
have an income double the requirement.

PET POLICY:
Pet Deposit: $500, Pet Rent: $35 per pet.

A maximum of two pets per residence allowed. Weight and breed restrictions apply.
